ABOUT ME

With over 30 years of experience across nonprofit and corporate sectors, I’ve spent my career leading, supporting, and guiding people through growth and change.

I am certified in personal development coaching through The CAPP Institute, where I trained in strength-based methodologies and client-centered coaching practices. Combined with my professional background, this allows me to offer a grounded, thoughtful, and effective coaching approach — one that honors both personal experience and proven frameworks.

My coaching blends reflection, accountability, and encouragement — always grounded in compassion, clarity, and trust.

My Mission

To empower single mothers through personalized coaching that helps them reclaim their power, revitalize their spirit, and move forward with confidence.

My mission is to guide women on a journey of self-discovery and growth — providing tools, perspective, and support to overcome obstacles, embrace their strengths, and create lives rooted in clarity, confidence, and purpose.

If you’re ready to stop carrying everything alone and begin reconnecting with yourself, I invite you to explore The Reclaimed Woman® Coaching Experience.

This is not about pressure or perfection.
It’s about rising again — on your terms.

For a long time, I was the woman others relied on capable, dependable, and quietly carrying more than I ever acknowledged out loud.

Like many women, especially single moms, I learned how to keep going even when I felt disconnected from myself. Strong on the outside. Uncertain on the inside.

My work today is rooted in that lived experience. I support women who are ready to stop surviving on strength alone and begin reconnecting with their confidence, voice, and self-trust.

This is the heart behind The Reclaimed Woman® — a coaching experience designed to help women rise again with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

I’m Gloria Coleman, a certified personal and executive coach, a single mom, and a passionate advocate for women who feel disempowered by life, love, and fear.

As a single mother, I know firsthand the emotional weight of doing it all — the doubt, the exhaustion, and the quiet pressure to stay strong no matter what. I’ve lived the moments of questioning myself while still wanting to provide the very best life possible for my son.

That lived experience shapes how I show up as a coach. I don’t believe women need fixing. I believe they need space — to be honest, supported, and reminded of who they already are.
